MARKA sought support for defining and developing a refocused strategic business plan, customer-centric service delivery plans, and an upgrated Corporate Reporting system. The purpose of this work was to provide guidance and direction for the organization as it managed significant changes in the sector.

Delivered

A strategic planning project that resulted in a strategic plan and an ongoing strategic planning process. This included the development of vision, mission and values statements, a complete competitor analysis, SWOT analysis, a business strategy, marketing strategy, business goals. Developed a marketing plan and a Marketing function organization and processes.

People Rewarding policy based on performance management principles, added motivational power to the organization.

Insight

The corporate business strategy consisted of Six Strategic Initiatives that were identified, supported by over 90 projects.  The initiatives were designed to continue to build on strengths, repair weaknesses, seize opportunities and mitigate risks. 

Outcome

The Company gained great organizational focus.The execution of the marketing plan began paying off immediately. Quick wins supported the people implementation culture and continuous improvement philosophy start embedded into their culture.
